Are you a good boss? What do you do to be a good or great boss?

This is an important question since most people spend more than 40 hours per week at the office, and the boss is a key factor in the quality of life of employees at work. No boss is good 100% of the time, just as no boss is bad 100% of the time. This question is meant to collect the best practices of ALL managers, so we can learn from one another's practices. Thanks!
